Outside Sales Associate

Webfitters is searching for a talented salesperson who is interested in an exciting opportunity with a leading, Northeast Wisconsin web design, development and digital marketing firm. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an eagerness to learn new skills, be challenged and provide creative solutions to help reach our goals.
We provide an attractive compensation structure offering a base salary and generous uncapped commissions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads
- Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects
- Creating, planning, and delivering presentations on company services
- Maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Attending networking events within the area
What You Need For This Position
- Minimum 1-2 years outside sales experience in the technology field.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales and/or B2B sales
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable automobile transportation
