Your Move Green Bay

WordPress Website

Challenge

From four seasons of fun to being the best of both worlds when it comes to proximity to amenities, the Greater Green Bay area offers so much more than expected. With Webfitters headquartered here ourselves, we were thrilled to partner with the Greater Green Bay Chamber for the design and development of Your Move Green Bay, a new talent attraction website for young professionals.

With an overall goal of attracting talented young professionals to the Greater Green Bay area, the Chamber underwent a discovery phase and branding exercise with local partners. They wanted to create a site that tells the story of Greater Green Bay, including opportunities to make an impact, an energetic lifestyle, and a standard of living unmatched almost anywhere in the country. In order to achieve this, the site needed to be extremely visual and usable by many different demographics, regardless of location.

Solution

We worked directly with the Greater Green Bay team, following their brand style guide and direction. It was also important that the site be designed and built in compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

The end result includes an enticing home page with interactive neighborhood showcase map, informative inner pages, and intriguing images from a number of our best local photographers. We even set up special captions to give credit where credit is due, and embedded video testimonials enhance the storytelling experience with visual and voice.

To help ensure long-term success of the site, Webfitters is coordinating an ongoing digital marketing package with the Greater Green Bay group.
