Webfitters has worked with Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home on a number of small projects over the last 10 years. Recently, their team expressed the need for an online presence that would help them compete against other funeral homes in Northeast Wisconsin. Along with an updated look and obit/guestbook, they also needed a Content Management System that would make editing the website’s content simple and time-efficient.
Solution
Our team was able to deliver a website with a contemporary look, including a more user-friendly mobile version. We focused a majority of our efforts on enhancing and improving the most frequently visited areas of the website, as well as creating easier navigation from page to page for better user engagement and interaction.
One of the special features of the website is the Obituary and Guestbook section. Here, users are able to find information pertaining to recent obituaries and upcoming funeral arrangements. Family members of those who have passed have the opportunity to create a Condolences Guestbook, in which users can sign right on the website.
