Challenge

After nearly 100 years of serving Northeast Wisconsin, Menn Law Firm, Ltd., continues to play a prominent role as a pillar of the community. During that time the firm has grown, but always stayed true to the vision established by its original partners. Webfitters was proud to work alongside these accomplished attorneys in updating their digital presence for the modern audience of 2021.

Through affiliations, acquisitions, and strategic relationships, Menn Law Firm, Ltd., remains dedicated to providing clients with timely, practical, and cost-effective services of the highest quality. As such, it was imperative that their website reflects this same level of quality … but its previous iteration was still stuck in the past.

In their search for a partner to spearhead the dated redesign, the firm was looking for a long-term relationship – not just a vendor partnership. Webfitters checked both boxes.

In terms of content, they also needed a reimagined attorney directory that would not only be quick and easy to use, but also mobile-friendly, in addition to a more robust careers section to aid in attracting top legal talent to the firm.

Solution

In the beginning stages of this site-wide refresh, Webfitters executed a discovery phase to help determine a few key guiding factors for the project, including highlights of the firm’s online presence, goals of the site, and, in terms of market research, what other successful firms around the country looked like online.

The updated Menn Law Firm, Ltd., site is now exceedingly more intuitive, user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Incorporating the visual storytelling skills of local photographer Mike Roemer, still images and dynamic video aid in capturing the firm’s career opportunities and client-driven culture. Views of the surrounding communities also “take the stand” in a visual sense.

With the interactive attorney directory, users can conveniently seek out attorneys suitable to their needs in specific areas of practice and be able to contact them directly. To top it off, employee headshot photos are now displayed with a professional look and feel.

To accompany these impressive new visuals, we also built a blog to highlight the latest firm news and community involvement, as well as implemented a pop-up online chat feature for visitors to quickly and safely connect with the firm’s administrative staff.
