Lowe was in need of a competitive new look to their website tailored specifically to the end user. The website needed to show off their extensive selection of boats and accessories and be easy for the user to browse and get info. However, Lowe wanted to engage users a step further with some type of build-your-own-boat functionality. Lastly, Lowe wanted the ability to track boat builds, potential customers, and nurture leads.
Webfitters partnered with local marketing agency, Redfish Collective to design and build an incredibly complex website complete with a custom Content Management System that gives their team a user-friendly way to edit content. Packages, promotions, colors, and banners can all be easily managed through the dashboard. All customer web leads are handled through a custom Customer Relations Management (CRM) software featuring lead nurturing campaigns. Customers start by signing in and virtually building/pricing out boats through the custom "Build a Boat" feature. The CRM can then alert the sales team about potential customers. The system tracks the entire process making it easy for the sales team to keep in the loop.
The website and "Build a Boat" feature are loaded with high-quality multimedia; both photos and videos to help engage the site's visitors. It also features a clean and easy to use interface for both front-facing customers and back-end admin and sales teams.
