Challenge

The Fox Valley Humane Association (FVHA) is a local organization committed to improving the welfare of animals in the Fox Valley communities. Located in Appleton, WI, the FVHA serves as a focal point for community members looking to adopt or are interested in volunteering or donating to the nonprofit’s mission. In addition to the rehoming of animals, FVHA hosts programs that support local furry friends and their owners through low-cost vaccine clinics, spay-neuter assistance, end-of-life services and more!

FVHA came to Webfitters in search of a new website that could support their growing organization. They wanted a digital space that emphasized their mission, highlighted their animals, programs and staff, and increased their ability to build relationships within the community. The Fox Valley Humane Association also dealt with website security issues in the past, including hacking attempts, and was looking for a platform with more robust security protocols.

We got to work on their website right away to ensure they had an interactive, secure and beneficial website that was everything they were looking for and more!
