Specializing in sales and service since 1978, Brabazon Pump, Compressor & Vacuum is the Midwest’s largest distributor of compressed air, vacuum, and pump products. As such, their website and products need to be efficiently accessible to a vast customer base within the industry. In addition to a pressing need for secure hosting, Brabazon also voiced a concern that their website might not be reaching their target audience.
After taking the first step of transitioning Brabazon’s site to our secure hosting platform, Webfitters immediately went to work fixing technical issues that we found to be both resulting in and contributing to poor website performance. Through this initial discovery and research, we determined that Brabazon probably could benefit from a complete website redesign.
Upon project approval, we worked side-by-side with the Brabazon team to create a new site map that optimizes the flow of the user experience, ensuring that all sections and products are easy to navigate.
We also reimagined the Brabazon product catalog by categorizing items within a visually appealing layout, in addition to building an interactive location map detailing all seven Brabazon locations for convenient access to each city’s services and contact information.
And a dedicated careers section showcases Brabazon culture while providing a safe way for interested applicants to view open positions and job descriptions and apply directly online without leaving the site.
Webfitters is “pumped” to continue our partnership with Brabazon in the digital marketing space with a package that compliments their enhanced web presence. Post-launch, as of June 2021 the campaign is averaging a 7% conversion rate (compared to an industry average of 3%). Stay tuned!
