Challenge

When the Big Blue Window team first approached Webfitters, they expressed interest in wanting to create an online experience for their visitors that gave them the ability to see what custom products would look like online. The site also needed a clean and user-friendly design to help keep visitors engaged and informed.

Solution

The final product for Big Blue Window offers a number of features that allow their visitors to build custom grilles with a live preview of what they will actually look like. Additional functions include being able to save and reorder grilles based on previous purchases, and various discounts based on the type of user (distributor, dealer, manufacturer). The website includes a design that is geared toward giving visitors a smooth experience, with multiple calls-to-action to help guide them.

Regarding the backend of the site, we provided their team with a robust content management system (CMS) to help with managing content, pricing, and various configurations throughout the “Build A Grille” process. Their team has the ability to easily edit messaging and images throughout the site, as well as view a variety of information related to customer orders.
